What does a Volunteer Buddy do?
Volunteer Buddies are the heart of All-Stars Club. As part of our Blue Team, you’ll be matched 1-on-1 with an All-Star to help ensure they have a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience. Your role is simple: show up, be present, and help your All-Star have the best night possible.

Important: New Volunteer Registration Process

We recently transitioned to a new registration system (RockRMS) to better serve our families and volunteers.

All volunteers must complete a one-time Onboarding Form before registering for events. This applies to:

  • Brand new volunteers
  • Returning volunteers who have not yet completed onboarding in our new system

*The onboarding form collects your contact information and necessary background details for safety and security purposes. Once completed:

  1. You’ll receive an approval email with a link to set up your login credentials (username and password).
  2. You can then register for any upcoming event.
  3. You will not need to complete onboarding again for future events.
